We have been here a handful of times as my 12 year old likes how quick they typically are in cutting his hair. Yesterday was, unfortunately, a very bad experience. I can't even begin to imagine what the stylist/manager had in mind when she shaved the front of his hairline - as in no hair, down to the bare skin, from sideburn area up to temple... truly awful. Hair grows back but he was quite upset. Miscommunication or not, a good stylist would know that this is not what was being asked for.
