This is my local Costco and I have 2 nice experiences to report. 1) tire center is great. Happy to help, very pleasant, and makes me want to return. Costco also prices well, esp when they have the monthly pamphlet deals, and more so when you add in the free rotations, flat repairs, etc. I’m here now and they found a nail in my tire - I didn’t know about it but they found and repaired for free. I compare this location to the Lone Tree location where the Mgr was not as friendly and did not present w the same desire to help, as my experience w the guys at Havana. 2) talked to electronics CS person, Chris Ford, re: replacing my wife’s laptop. He is retired IT and as helpful or more than the service, competence, and computer literacy of a CS rep at a computer store. He’s one of those people that you seek out because he is so good at his specialty, and the store has put him where he belongs providing the most help to customers.
