I used to be satisfied here for the most part. No longer. The staff has become unresponsive, and I really need some help with a few things. I've tried to get help by stopping in (nobody there), calling (nobody there), or emailing (nobody answers). As for the living situation: the noise level is out of hand. I can actually hear my neighbors using the restroom. The shrubs are so overgrown on the exit that leads to Dudley St. that turning left is extremely dangerous. It's fall, there have been leaves in the parking lot and on the sidewalk for weeks. The hallways constantly smell like pot and cigarettes. For years upon years, we've been promised that the lack of air conditioning will be fixed as a high-priority on the yearly "action plan." Nothing on that "action plan" ever gets done. Several months ago, we were promised lighting in the parking lot after a series of car thefts. There's no more lighting than before. I want to see action on those "action plans," because I want to feel safe here. I also want to feel like I matter to the people in charge.
The apartments I saw while I was there looked lovely, and the general vibe of the place is pretty good. The concrete stairs feel a little dangerous, though.
