Stopped there for a 8000 mile service for my 07 Yamaha Majesty! I am impressed with this place. Got to meet the sales, service, and parts staff. Very friendly and knowledgable folks there. Waited about two hours for my bike. I really enjoy dealing with this place. One of the best places that I've been for service and social interactions. I would definitely recommend this place. Got quotes for tires, this place was competitive with the internet. Took my scooter in to get a battery tender installed. Noticed that some screws were laying in the trunk.Took my scooter back after two week after noticing that some excess screws were left in the trunk. Kevin found where they went, made a quick repair and reinstalled them in the body panels even though they didn't perform the work without charging me. I really like this place. Thank You. Update after two weeks I lost my battery cover on the freeway. $105 later for the battery cover, I understand why the battery cover fell off the tech didn't drill a hole in the cover so the wire didn't allow the cover to remain secure.. I'm pretty disappointed. I'm going to try another dealer for service the next time to see how they do. Tried another dealer. Gave these guys a second chance for my 20K service. The service did a great job! I was welcome back and got a quote for a new Yamaha X-Max 300, looking forward to working with these guys in a month or so.

Owner reached out directly after a poor 1 star initial experience. Tried to remedy the situation, and for the most part did. Ultimately, perhaps I expect too much customer service everywhere I go in the modern era and this shop just seems a little behind the times to me. Perhaps long drawn-out point-of-sale customer experiences are what traditional motorcyclists look for but as a weekend warrior and someone with other errands in my day, this just isn't the experience I want. I will probably look for a smaller shop that works a little faster to get me in and out while handling all of my issues in a direct manner. Too many breakdowns in communication between the people taking the appointments over the phone and the mechanics getting the work done.
