This place is the real deal. As a Marine who sustained a back injury, I was hesitant to commit to new workout regimens and my health/fitness was beginning to reflect. I met Kody, a trainer at DNR, who spoke to me about mobility and rehabilitation training. Immediately I was able to tell that DNR staff are impressively knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and so I agreed to come in for some personal training sessions. I learned more about form, mobility, warm-ups, and my own body in just 2 sessions with Kody than I did in the several years I have been lifting (I am also an ISSA Master Trainer). I was blown away by the professionalism and overall friendly atmosphere of DNR from the staff all the way down to the gym members themselves. If I did not have to move I would absolutely have continued my membership.
I visited DNR for a CrossFit competition (FoCo Throwdown) in January 2018. I'm not a member, and do not attend regular classes, so I can't speak to the day-to-day (I live an hour away). What I can say is this... Their coaches are incredibly friendly and they put together an awesome competition. Their members, who served as judges & volunteers for the event, were also really nice. I felt a great sense of community, which is what CrossFit is all about. I have nothing but great things to say about this place, and if you're considering CrossFit, I recommend you check them out.
