What a great place to workout. I joined in Nov 2016 with very little muscle and could hardly do a squat at all. Now just two months in - my muscle is starting to come. I am getting better at squats and adding a bar. The trainers have been extremely patient and encouraging with me. They teach you how to do the exercises correct before advancing you to adding weight. It has been challenging and hard, but I am experiencing the results I set out to get little by little. The strengthening I am experiencing is even more beneficial in my daily life with being able to go up and down my stairs and bending down to get things from the pantry. Its a GREAT place to be.
