I attended a lovely private party in Carbondale, Colorado, about a week ago. The delicious food was beautifully prepared by Chef Alan Kokish. Each dish was filled with delicate flavor, and sometimes robust flavor, and the seasoning was perfect, and so was the presentation. We had citrus Ahi Tuna dishes, beautiful salads with hearts of palm and artichoke hearts, Asian stir fry noodles, and wild mushroom ravioli with gnocci. Everything was so delicious that I often had seconds, and even thirds. I highly recommend Chef Alan Kokish and Custom Catering of Aspen.
