JIM ROSS WILL LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOU HOPE TO HUNT HIM DOWN. HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SWINDLER... GO somewhere else as fast as you can. BAD BUSINESS, BAD LIARS. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JIM ROSS OR ANYTHING HE ISAFILLIATED WITH> IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY HASN'T SHUT THEIR DOORS OR SOMEONE HASNT TAKEN THIS GUY OUT....YET. TRULY BUSH LEAGUE.

Don't ever use this company. The installation process has been a nightmare. The first 2 man crew showed up 3 hours late the first day. Then the second day, 3 hours late, only one guy showed up. I received a call telling me the installer was removed from my job to protect me and my house. The next crew charged me way more for the install than what I was originally quoted and the company did nothing to compensate. Next problem, there wasn't enough material to finish the job. More material was ordered, but it's been a month, my materials arrived over a week ago, but my floors are still not finished! Last, but not least, first, I was told the baseboards would not need to come off, then I come home and they're off. Ok, no big deal, until I'm told it'll cost me $2 per foot to have them put back on. NIGHTMARE THAT WON'T SEEM TO END!
