The staff here is overworked or something. Every time I call to even ask for an appointment they seem completely overwhelmed! The prices are absolutely crazy. It's obviously kind of a scam when they advertise a one price brake job to get you in the door and then lo and behold you have a million things wrong with your car! Lots of bait-and-switch and lots of up charges however, the work that I did get done there seems to be okay. They take a pretty deep dive to find anything they possibly can wrong with your vehicle so that they can charge you as much as they possibly can. Also if you haggle with them you'll get a better price! Just goes to show that this place is not what they advertise.

I was in for an oil change. The lady assisting me with checking in/out was friendly and professional. I appreciated their urgency with having my car completed in a timely manner. Thank you!
