I have been extremely disappointed with this contractor. The owner Josh seems like a criminal. I am still not certain his company isn't committing insurance fraud through their lack of invoicing or any up front information on the cost. He waited until the insirance company told us how much they would pay before agreeing to tell us how much the job would be. He told us the job would be a one day deal and it ended up being three, and didn't happen until two weeks later than agreed upon. His “project managers” and he have been harrassing us for payment even though we were told the payment wouldn't be due until insurance paid out. He also refuses to accept a credit cadd for payment even though he told us at the start that any form pf payment would be fine. All in all, this is a shady group of guys doing a really sketchy business. The only decent part of the experience was the ACTUAL roofing subcontractors. The owners and project leads made us extremely uncomfortable and have left us feeling harrassed and paying cash for something we thought would be on a credit card.
