Doctor Carpet

I bought their offer for a 3 room carpet cleaning up to 800sqft about a month ago through living social. They had some policy changes to the coupon in between when I bought the deal and they came to clean my apartment today, that reduced the total sqft of cleaning to 750sqft. I thought that was fine considering I rent a 2 bedroom 800sqft apartment with several immovable beds/ dressers/ shelves so the total area to be cleaned was absolutely less than 750sqft. When Roy and his partner came to clean my place I was told that my apartment was too big for the deal (though they never measured it) and that my master room would cost an extra $20 to clean. I made note but did not complain. Likewise, I was told any stain was an extra $30 to remove, luckily I had no stains I cared to have lifted. The overall treatment and service of the carpets that they did clean was well done from what I could tell. I put in about 45 minutes before they came vacuuming and clearing floor space for them, and was disappointed that they were unable to live up to their advertised scope of service. Just beware that no matter what size home you have, be prepared to be upsold for extras and charged for hallways as entire rooms.
