Dublin Coin Laundry

Used my card and it pulled out $20, called the number on the door and the guy said there should be a 15 dollar hold and I should get it back by Saturday at the latest. Well I got 7 back so tell me what happened to the few dollars I'm still owed? I wonder how many people they do this to and how many people just ignore it like I was going to. Honestly this place is **** and the price isn't worth it.
