Earth Yoga Boulder

I was originally drawn to Earth Yoga due to the simplicity of the name. We are all ultimately looking for that sacred connection to Mother Earth through our yoga practice and that is exactly what this studio embodies and provides. Shannon and Sarah have built such a safe, comforting, supportive community through this space. I have had truly transformative and enlightening experiences every time I have stepped foot into this studio. All of the instructors are challenging and encouraging, especially Shannon who's classes I highly recommend. This studio is by far the best Boulder has to offer!
