I had visited Denver from Atlanta and happened to see a beautiful, sleek, modern recliner that looked nothing like your typical recliner. I could tell by the quality, construction, and comfort that it was worth every penny. Originally, I thought about purchasing it from an online company, but decided that I would rather support a local business…BEST decision I ever made!! When it arrived, I had a minor issue with assembly of an armrest, so I contacted the store. My message was immediately sent to Robert and I received a phone call within minutes. He FaceTimed my phone to see if he could help assist. We tried a couple of things and at the time it didn’t work, so he took a picture of the problem and contacted the manufacturer. Robert kept reassuring me that regardless of what it took, he would ensure that I had a fully functional chair. He mentioned that he just happened to be in Atlanta over the weekend and if needed, he would even come over and fix it himself!! Then next morning, I received a call from Robert with an easy solution and my armrest was on my chair in under 2 minutes. I can’t wait to go back to Denver and visit Element again.
