This is the kind of gym that inspires greatness! They really have everything you would find in a big box "name brand" gym. There is a section for women only. A room, with a punching and speed bag, called the "Dungeon" for heavy lifting. All the machines have obviously been recently upholstered and are in good condition. And, every kind of cardiovascular equipment you could want. Both sit and spin (ha!) bikes, POOL, sauna, locker rooms, and a nice room set up for various classes. Great for travelers like myself with a daily rate or a small package of just a few days. Both options are available. I'm sure it is hard to get out of your contract with them though. Every gym is the exact same way! I am, however, only speculating with this particular gym.
