I went to this store to buy some socks and then to return them (wrong size). The same cashier attended me both times and on both occasions I had to argue with him about the transaction. When buying the socks he reminded me that I could get one pair of socks free. I declined, because I didn't need another pair. He insisted, and there ensued an argument which I lost, finally relenting and taking the free pair of socks. The manner in which he insisted was one of contempt and scorn, and though it may be trivial, a cashier should never argue with a customer, ever.
It took me a while to receive help, I walked around looking interested in a pair of Nike frees that I wanted to try on and it took them a good amount of time to notice and when they did it took even more time for them to find my size and bring them back for me to try on. I did end up buying them because I Haden's seen them anywhere else but I won't be going back for more shoes in he future
