I have dealt with more banks than I have fingers and none come close tot he service at Firstbank. Whether it is a loan application or a simple deposit I have always received stellar service and friendly smiles. Not to mention they do not nickel and dime you for every little request. The online banking is a breeze, but really I like dropping in. It is refreshing to see great service!
If I have one complaint it will be to have more varieties of referral gifts. Only because I have every one. :-)
