I've had nothing but problems with this company since I opened a check. I tried to call a cashier's check and they held on to all but 500 of it for 2 days saying it had to clear. It's a cashier's check, the person who wrote it to me paid extra to prove that the funds are available. The cashiers at all locations, particularly one are rude and don't care. They will scoff and roll those eyes at you if they feel they have to go out of their way to help you The customer service line is even worse. God forbid you have to call them. They all make you verify who you are by multiple ways of you forgot your vocal password but won't tell you what the password is once you've answered their 20 questions. I also had fraudulent activity on my account and was told they will have someone call me. No one did. Apparently they're okay with their customers money begging stolen. I hate this bank.
