Foothills Cleaners

Very disappointed. I got my garment back with a little note stating that they could not completely take stains out due to the time constraint that I had. There were no stains...Upon reading the label together, the clerk and I discovered that the dress could be hand washed, but I went ahead and gave them my business because I thought that they would be professional and the clerk said that it could be done the next day in the evening. They were closed when I was able to pick it up so I had to wait until this morning. I picked up the dress and I wasn't even made aware that my dress was half cleaned. They offered to have me return the dress so they could clean it more thoroughly for free but what good is a HALF CLEANED dress that still smelled and had a TIME CONSTRAINT? What's funny is that they said they will do it for free but really, I payed them more than what I should have even with a coupon. It is a big hassle. If I had known that my dress would be half-cleaned, I would have just took it home with me. I called them and they don't have managers and I was just simply told that I would get a call. I just want my money refunded. I hope this matter gets resolved and if it does I will write an updated review. I do not like wasting money or time.
