Staff was amazing, was a member of Zen membership (4 times a mo) from Jan - August, had a very difficult time cancelling, and I am waiting to understand more on how to cancel membership, which apparently explained upon signup (i just selected it on their app and was never able to cancel, through the app nor were there instructions.) Left a voicemail, sent a DM through FB, and then sent two emails before I finally got a call back from one person and an email from the owner saying that in my membership information, I needed to write a 30 day notice. I am waiting to see where this had been provided, as I frankly, do not recall signing or seeing this. The owner's email gives a heads up that states: [Note: Due to high volume of emails, it may take as long as 3-5 days to receive a response from me. Please do not send duplicate emails regarding your account during that timeframe; your original email is time stamped, which is noted for account changes.] Which is a different email address then the one in the Mindstream application. UPDATE - Owner got back to me with my receipt of 30 days notice within hours of my request. My reason for 2 stars is that I went through FAQs and Contact us and when I said I was frustrated at my different ways of reaching out, she apologized for my confusion, but even then didn't clarify the 30 days receipt and took a few more emails and one more payment before I could cancel.
This yoga studio is beautiful and the Fusion Class is amazing. I do not practice yoga often and i immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. The classes that I’ve experienced with Gina are so dope and she did an amazing job of teaching a class that anyone can vibe in I highly recommend this studio.
