The owner talks out of both sides of his mouth. He ripped my parent's off by overcharging for a water heater repair that didn't even fix the problem. Then he avoided my dad's calls for days. When he finally returned the call, he agreed to install a new water heater for free as long as my dad paid for the water heater itself. Two days later, he changed his mind and said he would charge $600 to do it. My parents have been customers of his for 10 years. What a way to treat long time customers. This guy is a joke.
