Our salon ordered extensions from Freeman's and they promised us to deliver it on Thursday the 5th but it never got delivered. My coworker called them because the appointments were already made for the 6th. We were told that the extensions would be delivered in the morning before the appointments. But it got delivered in the late afternoon which was an hour after our client had arrived. The biggest complaint is not the fact that our client had to wait an hour for the extensions and we had to give her a $100 discount, but it's how the staff handled the situation. Instead of being apologetic about the situation, they claimed that they never told us that the extensions would be delivered on time and was rude the whole time. And when my co-worker made a complaint over FB message, they BLOCKED her on Facebook so she can't message them again or leave a review. HORRIBLE
