Seriously, bring your Euro import here. My review is only based on two experiences, but both were great. The prices quoted to me each time were not the cheapest, but very competitive to quotes I was getting elsewhere, and the vibe of the shop was much more friendly. I had a 2002 VW Jetta TDI with a litany of problems. In 2017, Jeremy fixed a longstanding issue with my coolant system on a prompt schedule, and recently when my turbo charger went out, he was very frank with me about the expense and process of the replacement as well as potential costly problems that were starting to become apparent - I did my research and everything he was telling me checked out. In the end, after he took a few days to assess the car, we discussed that the repairs were probably not worth doing. He did not charge me for that estimate or the assessment, and he and Danielle, who runs office admin, were super accommodating and ready with recommendations when I ended up purchasing a type of car that they don't work on. In a nutshell: competitive quotes, honest assessment, and above and beyond friendly service. There's not much more you can ask from a neighborhood mechanic.
