Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh

Food is good, but service is lacking. If you order online, they will skimp, or entirely skip ingredients (this has happened on multiple occasions, at least 3 times on ingredients that cost extra). Some employees are polite, but others make it very apparent that they do not want to be there. Called and asked for a manager, and was told no because it was during a lunch rush. I've worked in restaurants, so I understand that floor coverage is imperative, but the one thing that should trump that is good customer service, and that is too unreliable here.

This location in particular lacks good customer service. Employees are unprofessional and need training. Nearly every time, my pita is forgotten about either entirely or until the last seconds of the transaction and then you must wait. Also this location has been out of portabella mushrooms every time ive been. Great idea, good chain, not my favorite location.
