Gold Park Campground

Website shows it as first come first serve, yet when we showed up there were several spots with a reserved post-it note on it with people's names and date they were going to arrive (we came up on a Friday and reserved dates showed Saturday). We were told the campground was full so we left. If it was advertised as a reservation-only campground we wouldn't have attempted to go by. The camping spots are close together and it was very dark and shaded by trees.

A nice getaway from it all, remote enough.
