I agree, Shanna was nice yet professional. Just met new manager once and my impression wasn’t very pleasant. Can’t judge professionalism but seemed rude and needs to be more tactical with tenants. Try to deal with Tricia instead. Great location of the apartments though needs better control of dog owners who don’t pick up after the pets.
