True GEM, I would say this hotel is half the price of any comparable hotel. Looks modern, well updated.
Very Pleasant stay, Very Friendly staff, good hot breakfast
Stayed for 2 days in last week of March 2018, room was very spacious, clean, beds comfortable.
Hot breakfast with scrambled egg, muffins & sausages, fruit etc.
Staff was helpful suggesting places to see in grand junction, canyons and vicinity and dining choices.
I am very satisfied and highly recommend the place.
