Online check was the worst idea you people could come up with. I got here before the 3 online check ins and was forced to wait. The fact that my son was physically here first should've counted for something and there are only 2 people working on a Sunday. I'm beyond upset and I will not be back. I never knew online check in was a thing but I'm telling you it shouldn't be. The girl that checked us in was beyond rude so I left.
