I'm another person that fell victim to Kelvin's incompetence. I always go to this location and had different people cut my hair appropriately for months. In five minutes, this guy managed to ruin the hair I had been growing proudly for more than one year. He needs to be fired immediately. If he's up for cutting your hair, refuse it.
