My experience with this hat shop was not horrible, but I think with what you pay you should get what you ask for. The purchase and fittment of the hat was a good experience, The bad part of the experience is if you order a hat make sure you get exactly what you ask for. If you tell them you want a certain crown shape “by name” and “brim” they should be able to produce that, especially since a cool hand Luke style is not an uncommon hat shape. But we were told that shape is not a shape. My question is then why does every other hat maker have that crown/brim. I even took a hat I currently own that is a cool hand Luke for them to duplicate! Well after I received the hat that was over $600.00 I have something like a square top. After unboxing the brim was shaped unevenly “3/4” of an inch unevenly. The crown was not as ordered, and fits amazingly tight. The hat looks to be good quality but the end result of taking the time to give a customer exactly what they want fell flat. I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience. Take the time yourself to get exactly what you want, and don’t let the shop try and rush you out because they are helping new customers and get that
