Guardian Urgent Care

Used their zip clinic location and was double billed for the service nearly a month later. Called in to ask why and was greeted by Cindy. When I explained my dilemma instead of trying to help she just completely berated me for 5 minutes. Without me even speaking more than 10 words the entire time she continued to make herself more and more mad until she told me she was going to hang up the phone which she did. I tried to calm her down several times but she would just cut me off and continue on with her tangent. Strangest, most unprofessional conversation I have had all year. Just bizarre. Not even sure why she was mad. It was like talking to a crazy person. Don't go here unless you want to be unethically billed and then screamed at when you try to get it fixed.
