I am sorry to report that I had a very negative experience with Dr. Wear. First, I waited for over 30 minutes to see her at my first visit. I even showed up 15 minutes early, so the total time I was at her office before I saw here was more like 50 minutes! Then after her prescribed treatment failed to heal my injury, I called her office five separate times asking for a call back and a referral to a physical therapist. Her office never returned my calls. Do not go to this doctor!
The doctor is nice, but her two nurses are unbelievably unprofessional and timeliness is of no importance at this clinic. For all 3 appts, I wasn’t seen until at least an hour after my scheduled appt time. My last appt was scheduled for 4pm according to the nurse. I arrived at 3:50 on the dot, 10-15 min early as I always do. When I arrived, the nurse told me I was a half hour late. Regardless of the mistake being on their end, I apologized for the mix up. They said they would still see me so I waited in the small waiting room. Shortly thereafter, the two nurses stood at the check in counter - in full hearing range - and started talking about me! “She’s the one who decided to show up late.” Sweetheart, if you’d told me the right time to show up, I’d have been there on time. Either way, maybe DONT talk about your patients within their hearing range. It’s simply unprofessional, especially when your mistake is the reason the patient is late!
