When I came to Health and Harmony Chiropractic and Wellness Center I could barely move and really couldn’t function. I went snowboarding one day and came home in tears. I laid on the ground for the next few weeks because that was the only way I got relief. Once I started treatment, I started improving quickly. I just went snowboarding hard for two straight days and felt great! Chiropractic has definitely been life changing for me! Thanks Dr. Steinle!!
