I am going to start by rebuking the comment by 'Chris Wallis', since i was actually there and can say with certainty that every word he wrote, except for it being busy, is simply NOT TRUE! As i was waiting for my turn, Chris walked in. His turn was after mine and we began chatting about the sale that was taking place that day. At that time there was another person being waited on and we commented on how busy they've become since the name change. Yes, it was busy, as this was a huge sale!
BUT!! To write the comment he did only shows that he has no patience...
Taking his personal frustrations out on the employee by writing a backbiting review behind a keyboard is a slimy move, no matter your age... :(
The employee this was written about, couldn't be more delightful and knowledgeable than she already is! She is always willing to go into detail on any product and explain its use and benefits. And not one time did I ever feel rushed, or as though I'm taking to much 'time' during my turn, as it's QUALITY over QUANTITY-everytime.
I totally depend on employees who know their craft, and are happy to share all they know. Every customer is treated in this manner. The genuinely lovely atmosphere that Shey creates just by being there is one reason i shop there.
Chris Wallis is completely UNjustified in posting his ugly-diatribe.
To everyone else? Go see Shey and see for yourself how in-tune she is in her product knowledge, and visit High tops for their great sales and variety of products. Peace....
*P.S. There is no way to be 'greeted' from those behind the cement wall, to us out front. It's only a gathering place in that first room, no business happening out there, so STOP with the ' i didn't get greeted' in what amounts to an empty room with chairs to sit in and chit-chat as Chris and I did, until it's your TURN to go inside and SHOP!
**There is always an honor system in place in any dispensary waiting room, and everyone knows where their 'place is' when their waiting, as it is an UNattended room, ie; no attendant to check in with in order to be seen.**
It's clear that you'll be GREETED enthusiastically!--- W H E N it is your turn to go into that room behind the cement wall. Your not only greeted by the warm welcome, but you always are acknowledged and thanked for 'your patience' as this medicinal place is KNOWN for their top shelf products and their fantastic sales!
So what if you have to wait, like i've had to, as have countless others, for your turn??? Jeesh, I'd expect this in today's forever messed-up medical profession... as we've all 'been there-done that' and have chosen this way of healing as a result. People who've chosen this way, are known for the outpouring of love, caring and compassionate...NOT selfish 'gimme gimme' attitudes...
Again, there is always an honor system in place in any dispensary, and everyone knows where their 'place is'.
Thus anyone who chooses to act like ^^ please try to find something worthy and respectful to comment about, doing your small part to improve lives, not backbiting online because of your ego...
