Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denver Northwest - Broomfield

DO NOT STAY HERE at all costs. We checked in and the room was filthy there was gum on the carpet, dirt in the sinks, and urine on the toliet. When we informed the front desk they did not seem to care or offer another room. There were people doing drugs at the entrance of the hotel, and we had to report this to the police. When we asked for a refund because we did not feel safe, management never called us back and then eventually refused. Anywhere is better then here, they really need to train management on customer service. So sad.
