If you purchase appliances from this store, do not be surprised if you experience nothing but headaches. We ordered a washer and dryer and did not get them until 5 weeks after the initial delivery date. The delivery company that Home Depot works with is horrible. They installed our washer and dryer into someone else’s home, then claimed that the units were damaged to cover themselves and get new units sent. Weeks later, we received replacement units, but the washer didn’t work. When we finally received our working units, it was 5 weeks after initial delivery was supposed to happen. Basically, a headache, through and through. If Home Depot decides to use a delivery company other than Home Delivery Link, you might have better luck but until then, spend your money somewhere else.
