My wife placed a carry out order and was told it would be 10 minutes, she then gets there to pick up the order and it took 40 minutes, then gets all the way back home and her order was wrong. She called, and began getting frustrated because she could not understand their English, so they hang up on her. She called back 5 times and each time they answered the phone and immediately hung up on her. On the 6th try, they answered and just set the phone down. She still hasn't been able to speak to anyone, so she's going in tomorrow, I will update how she was treated!
