Had the unfortunate displeasure to meet Paul the water guy. He was incredibly disrespectful even taking the time to incessantly swear at me during our conversation. Horrible public relations skills.
Another year, another encounter. Atleast this time he kept his language in check.. still very rude. It is incredibly unprofessional to hire a survey company to help you replace your water system then badger the locator they hire when you dont tell them you will locate your system. You are the only water company that does this. Do your job next time, Paul and while your at it learn the difference between an 811 ticket and an engineering job. They aren't the same..
