I would give them a zero if I could. They installed my hardwood floor in my new home and the gaps between the floorboards are greater than 1/4 inch, in some places 5/8s of an inch. To have a clean floor, you must use toothpicks between the floorboards, and that is not a full remedy. 2 of their inspectors, the rep who manufactures the product , and Images "independent contractor" has inspected. Images refuses to take my phone calls nor give me a copy of these inspections. The developer, Dreamfinders tells me when the inspectors will come. That's it. DO NOT use them for hardwood floors or carpeting. I've had other problems with them but this is the most serious. Buyer beware.
