Hotel was below average from my perspective. First, Our room had no thermostat and it was freezing in our room. Second, the towels were all ripped and needed to be replaced with new ones. Third, the breakfast they advertise is less then that, it is just bagels and cereal, nothing more. There was some good things, we got a free bottle of wine upon arrival, free wine from 5-6, and walking distance to the shuttle bus and elk street. Overall, it was average and i think that is being generous.
