Forgot to do the Work. My car overheated and the earliest appointment was Thursday, so being hopeful I took it in Tuesday. Called Friday to see where the car was at and it was done at noon, great! Said they fixed the problem by filling up the anti-freeze, replaced a sensor, and gave it an oil change. Paid. Picked it up took it home, and started looking at it. The underside skid plate wasn't put back on, which left the sensor and oil filter exposed; so I looked further. Sensor looked old, oil filter looked old. Called and talked to Joe and he said he had to talk to the technician. Called back, and guess what? The oil change wasn't done, the sensor wasn't replaced, and the skid plate was sitting in the shop. Best he could do after hours on a Friday night was leave the loaner car in the lot and I could drop off the car. He apologized and said he wasn't trying to be malicious. Okay, stuff happens. Picked up the car on Monday and no personal apology, no attempt at a discount, nothing further. Nevermind the inconvenience. I am no mechanic, but know enough, and if some unlucky soul didn't know any better, they would have paid for a service they never received. Don't think I'll take my business there again...
