Jersey Mike's Subs

Don't order the expensive wraps. I love wraps, but Jersey Mikes are not good. Each of the three times I have tried them, there was something wrong. 1st one had so much sauce it was pouring out of the wrap, 2nd one was lacking in ingredients that were posted would be in it, the 3rd was that chicken was hard (not crunchy, but actually hard). Their subs are very good and ingredients are decent. The nice thing is that I was taken care of right away on my latest experience with the hard chicken. It was a pick-up order so I had to call back to tell them what was wrong and they without hesitation said they would replace it with which ever sandwich I wanted.
