The tall, overweight young man with brown hair and glasses has provided me with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He didn't even say anything to me when I walked in and stepped up to the register, and after that, he only mumbled a word here or there that I couldn't even understand. Please fire him or move him off the register, at the very least.
