I was so excited to have a new property manager come manage my apartment building because previous managers had been so horrible. Unfortunately not a lot changed. While K & L Property Management appeared better at first, it has become apparent that they are money crazed and appear to be forcing out current residents. When rent was increased by $165 a month and I decided to move out, I was given the response "I am so sorry, I didn't realize that you were living so close to your budget." We have always had snow removal services as the parking lot gets very little sun and the snow turns to ice. We have complained that the snow is not being removed and were told that "it's being handled." It is not being handled. Residents are shoveling and spreading salt.
They hired a very aggressive tow company without giving us any warning and towed multiple cars in the middle of the night.
Overall the company is unprofessional and does not care about the residents. Avoid living in properties they manage if you can.
