NO Stars from me (one star ONLY because the review site won't post the review unless at least one star is checked). If you've bothered to look at the reviews, PAY ATTENTION AND BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! Avoid Keller's like the plague.
These people are dishonest, arrogant and will lie to you to take your money. I too went in to the Aurora location for their coupon oil change offer. Miguel tried to tell me that it required 7 quarts of synthetic 0W-30 and they wouldn't use the standard "premium" synthetic blend in my car.
My owners manual calls for quality *petroleum-based* OR synthetic-based oil. 0W-30, 5W-30, and 5W40 are all listed in the owners manual. I've been using 5W-30 in the car successfully for 138,000 miles. Miguel refused to use anything but the 0W-30 at a much higher price. The car also takes only 6.5 quarts with a full flush, and they would not acknowledge the facts from the owners manual.
From this and due to one past poor experience I wouldn't touch these people with someone else's ten-foot-pole. BBB complaint comes next.
FWIW, if you look at their web site, you'll find nothing but "five star" reviews because they filter their reviews. If you call and ask to speak to the owner, you get a runaround and will get no satisfaction.
