KidsFirst Pediatrics

I called and asked the receptionist if KidFirst administered the dyslexia test and was informed they do. We scheduled an appointment, went in, paid our co-pay and waited for the P.A. After waiting 30-40 minutes, the P.A. came in and informed us that KidsFirst does not administer the test. After asking for a refund (because they didn't do anything) I was told that I would not be receiving a refund and they were charging my insurance. I mentioned that I was given the wrong information over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, and the response I received was "well our receptionists aren't doctors, so they don't know what options we offer"... WHAT? I don't want to go to a physician's office that doesn't have competent people providing vital information. I do not recommend this office anymore which is sad because Dr. Johannes is excellent!
