Jesse Rooney and the Reputable Properties team exceeded my expectations at every step of the home selling process. Given my finance background, and in an effort to analyze all options available, I felt it was worth my time to see what a cash buyer would be willing to offer me for my home. That’s when I contacted Jesse. Almost immediately I was offered a fair price and suddenly all the other options (renting, flipping, listing with a traditional realtor and paying all those commission fees!) for my home seemed less appealing. If I was going to attempt to “flip” my home myself, it would have taken more time, more money and more risk to essentially walk away with the same proceeds that I was being offered, so I accepted the Reputable Properties offer and never looked back. It was a total win/win.
