Leadville National Fish Hatchery

Nice place to go to see how the govt responded to low trout and other first species populations. This is the nations second oldest with Neosho, Missouri's fish hatchery a few months older. I took the easy walk through the paths to see the holding ponds and some beautiful area. These holding ponds are big and have trails connection them. Big a picnic and enjoy with friends and family in the middle of these trails. Restrooms, tables, swings, and open area are all at this spot as well.

Cool place with a historic flavor. Bring some change so you can feed the fish.
