These seem like quality homes at a realistic price point. There are a few floorplans to choose from fitting everyone's needs. I like that they offer an option without a basement and a crawlspace instead. This helps keep the cost of construction down as well as the purchase price. The one thing I noticed is that there are a lot of the same exact house that is being built with few options for upgrades. I'm sure this keeps the construction process streamlined for the builder (and therefor costs down). However, it doesn't leave many choices for customization for the Buyer.
