Farm Crest Milk Stores

I will always get farm crest/ fresh brand milk - it's the best. But new management and poor service forced me to take my 14k in gas and over 100 Gallons of milk annually to another farmcrest store. I'm a small businesses owner and no matter what quality of product you have you can always get the same product from a retailer with basic customer service skills, and where your business is appreciated. I'm glad there are options around the neighborhood.

I have been getting milk from this place for almost 5 years. Things have changed now with new management. Milk is not available all the time, new owner removed punch cards and customer service is very bad. I'll be talking to store manager to give my feedback.
